At Pacific Palace Decor LLC, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return policy below to understand how returns and refunds are handled.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition

  • All accessories, manuals, and tags must be included

  • The product must not show signs of physical damage or tampering

Note: Certain electronics, such as personal care devices or items with software activation, may be non-returnable due to hygiene or licensing restrictions.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photos or video evidence to process your claim. A replacement or full refund will be issued after review.

3. Return Process

Once your return request is approved:

  • A return shipping label may be provided (depending on the case)

  • After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will issue a refund or replacement within 5–10 business days

4. Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of wrong or damaged items.

5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges only for the same product in the event of a defect or damage. For a different item, please initiate a return and place a new order.

6. Final Sale Items

Clearance, promotional items, and certain electronic gadgets may be marked Final Sale and are non-returnable.
